Raw, gutsy & vulnerable, solo folk blues.Lyndell has been playing guitar, writing and singing songs for around 35 years. She taught herself how to play, but has also learnt from legends including Gunther Gorman & the late Ian Miller. She recently heard Sydney artist Zoe Elliot describe her music as Australian City Folk music-Lyndell liked this! Zoe’s description sits well with Lyndell’s playing. Lyndell plays dark, bluesy folk. She has performed all around Oz and also in the US. She loves writing and recording, but says nothing beats playing in front of a live audience.
